OUR MISSION AND VISION
Inspired by the love of God, the Institute of Catholic Formation serves the Diocese of London and beyond and is committed to serving the various ministries in parishes through meeting the formational needs and support by providing an integrated program of spiritual, human, intellectual and pastoral formation for the laity, Permanent Deacons, Lay Ecclesial Ministers, Youth Ministers and Parish Nursing Ministry.
The Institute for Catholic Formation (ICF) was launched in January 2008 as a joint initiative between St. Peter's Seminary and the Diocese of London. ICF was established in response to an identified need for continuing faith formation. We are administered through St. Peter's Seminary and guided by an Advisory Council with representatives from the constituencies that we serve.
WHO WE SERVE
ICF serves the entire Diocese of London. Our programs support the sound formation of today's priests, deacons and lay ecclesial ministers as well a sthe development of laity for ministry in parishes and the wider community.
HOW TO USE ICF

The development of the St. Peter’s Institute for Catholic Formation represents the culmination of several years of planning both at St. Peter’s Seminary and the Diocese of London. The establishment of a Steering Committee examined the recognized need to reorganize programs and services to better meet the mandate of the Diocese of London. Approval of a Conceptual Framework for the Institute by the St. Peter’s Seminary Board of Directors and the Episcopal Council was followed by the development of a detailed Business Plan by the Steering Committee.
