New Addendum for Formation in Relational Maturity. (F.i.R.M.)
We’ve added a new addendum to the Formation in Relational Maturity (F.i.R.M.) platform to support formation for leadership in a synodal Church. Building on the final module, Ethical Relational Leadership in Ministry, this update introduces a focused reflection on what it means for seminarians to lead with a genuinely synodal posture that is grounded in listening, collaboration, and shared discernment. The addendum includes an overview of synodal leadership along with four practical resources and worksheets, exploring key virtues, leadership competencies and dispositions, as well as a guided examen.
